Overview
An Explainer Film is a mid-fidelity, scalable validation experiment that allows us to test customer understanding, engagement, and desirability of a product or service by showcasing it through a short, compelling video. At Future Foundry, we use this method to measure how well a value proposition resonates with target customers before investing in product development or marketing campaigns. Unlike traditional pitch decks or sales materials, an Explainer Film lets us demonstrate the solution visually, showing customers how it works and why it matters. This is particularly useful for abstract digital services, complex workflows, or entirely new business models, where customers need context and storytelling to grasp the idea fully.
