We work in 2-week sprints through each phase, using a stage gate approach to ensure we’re as efficient as possible with resources while having regular checkpoints at every step.

The Role

Future Foundry thrives on a multidisciplinary approach, leveraging the expertise of strategists, researchers, designers, and technologists to drive innovation. As a project manager, you will be at the helm of our client engagements, orchestrating the development of groundbreaking ventures, products, and services.

In collaboration with our talented team, you will oversee multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. You will be responsible for the project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure, including planning, execution, monitoring, and completion. Your ability to communicate effectively with all members of the team will be crucial in keeping all activities on track and clients engaged and informed throughout.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and project accounting to ensure client deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
  • Foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective execution of activities within the predefined sprints.
  • Interface with clients, maintaining continuous communication to manage expectations, deliver project updates, and facilitate the decision-making process.
  • Evaluate and adopt new project management tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success. Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and objectives.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of project management experience in a consulting, agency, or similar environment, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with clients across various levels of seniority, from Head to C-suite.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar.

  • Is adaptable, willing to learn new skills, and take on responsibilities beyond traditional project management.

Benefits

  • Salary – £35,000 - £45,000
