We're now adding to the team with our first Partner hire.

The candidate should possess a deep understanding of developing and rigorously testing new growth propositions. As an adept problem solver, they must effectively manage multiple initiatives, clients, and projects, employing design thinking, lean startup and agile methodologies to drive client success.

Role Overview:

  • Manage and enhance client relationships, providing expert advice on their challenges and how we can solve them.
  • Lead and oversee project deliverables throughout our Velocity™ process.
  • Deeply understand client businesses and market trends and effectively manage internal resources to support projects.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in management consulting at a top strategy firm is preferred.
  • Expertise in design thinking, lean startup, agile, financial modelling, user research, UI/UX design and technology architectures.
  • Strong communication skills, adept project management abilities, and comfort in navigating ambiguous environments.

  • Exceptional presentation skills, proactive leadership, and collaborative spirit.
  • Adaptability, strong problem-solving abilities, and capacity to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Working Conditions:

Remote role based in the UK with occasional requirements for both domestic and international travel.

Salary:

Commensurate with experience, aligned with top strategy firm standards, augmented by performance-based bonuses and incentives reflecting individual and firm success. Additionally, there are opportunities for profit sharing and equity stakes as part of the long-term compensation strategy.
