We're now adding to the team with our next Venture Builder hire.

Role Overview:

• Lead client engagements, planning and managing shared resources from design, technology and research disciplines to deliver client programmes on time and within budget
• Build on market research and customer insight to make data-driven decisions, designing business models, product and service propositions which unlock growth
• Design and coordinate experiments which determine the desirability, feasibility and viability of potential solutions
• Facilitate internal and external workshops, transforming outputs into strategic insight and actionable outcomes
• Create and deliver compelling narratives and presentations to bring programme deliverables and business cases to life
• Build and nurture client and stakeholder relationships and achieve internal benchmarks for client satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in management consulting or inside a corporate innovation unit
• Expertise in design thinking, lean startup, agile, financial modelling, user research, UI/UX design and technology architectures.
• Strong communication skills, adept project management abilities, and comfort in navigating ambiguous environments.

Working Conditions:

Remote role based in the UK with occasional requirements for domestic travel.

Salary:

£80,000 - £90,000
