As 2023 draws to a close, as is customary, I’ve revisited every single book in my Kindle library from the past year and picked the standouts. I know they're the standouts because they're the only ones I finished - life is too short to spend it on crappy reads.

They represent the books I think you and every professional working in corporate growth, strategy, and innovation should be reading in 2024, but to make this list slightly easier to navigate, I've given each a rating so that you can pick the best of the best.
